Yes. The program starts with Python and ML foundations in Month 1, so you don't need prior coding experience to begin — you do need the willingness to practice daily. IT professionals and career-switchers from non-technical backgrounds go through the same structured path, just with extra support in the early weeks.
Live, mentor-led classes; hands-on projects, quiz, hackathons in every module (ML, Gen AI and Agentic AI); weekly mentorship and code reviews; a portfolio you can show recruiters; mock interviews and job-readiness coaching from the first month; and a certificate of completion.
Self-paced courses hand you the content and leave you to figure out the rest. CTP is a cohort-based, live program — you get real-time doubt-clearing, structured weekly milestones, project reviews from a mentor who has shipped production AI systems, and accountability that keeps you from stalling halfway through.
Yes. From Month 1 onward we run portfolio reviews, mock interviews and salary-negotiation coaching, and we actively refer job-ready graduates to our hiring partners through the Hire From Us program. Successful career transition is a shared responsibility between the mentor and the trainee, based on a 50-50 effort model. We don't promise a guaranteed offer — no one honestly can — but we stay engaged with you well past graduation.
Most of our CTP cohort are working professionals. Live sessions are scheduled on weekends, every class is recorded, and the program is designed around a few focused hours a week rather than full-time study — the roadmap simply takes longer to complete if your week is lighter on hours.
Recordings will be provided only for classes missed due to a genuine and valid reason, at the discretion of the mentor/program team. Note: Recordings are a support mechanism for exceptions, not a substitute for regular live attendance. , and your mentor tracks cohort progress so gaps get caught early rather than at the end. If you fall behind, reach out — we'll help you get back on track rather than let you quietly drop off.
